Home Visits

Please try to come to the surgery whenever possible, as facilities here are better for examination and treatment. If you feel a home visit is absolutely necessary, requests should be made before 10.30a.m., if possible (Brynderwen Surgery 029 20839719 / Minster Surgery 029 20473999).

You will be asked to leave your telephone number to enable the Doctor to contact you, to assess the urgency of your call. If you are unsure if a visit is necessary, the Doctor will advise you accordingly.

Under certain circumstances, the doctor might feel that telephone advice would be appropriate. Under the GP Terms of Service, he or she may decline to visit, and either offer telephone advice, or arrange for you to attend the surgery if appropriate.
