Appointments

Brynderwen Surgery:

Morning appointments from 8.30am - 10.30am each day bookable two days in advance.

Emergency Surgery 8.30am - 10.30am for urgent cases only.

Pre-booked afternoon appointments between 2.00pm - 5.30pm each day.

Minster Surgery:

Open Access on Monday mornings from 8.30am - 11.00am.

Pre-booked appointments from 8.30am - 10.30am and 3.15pm - 5.30pm each day.

Appointments are reserved in the surgery for urgent problems. If you need an urgent appointment please make this clear to the receptionist.

Appointments can be made by either calling at the Reception Desk or by telephoning surgery between 8.30am and 5.00pm during the week. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the practice as soon as possible.

Telephone Advice

Your doctor will be happy to give you advice on the telephone when he is not consulting. The receptionist has been asked not to interrupt your doctor if he is with a patient unless your call is urgent. You may therefore be asked to 'phone back' or leave a telephone number for your doctor to contact you, when he is free.
